Detective Conan official Twitter released on Sunday a teaser video announcing that revealed the 29th anime film of the franchise will open in Japan in 2026 – see below.
The film will center around member of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police and the leader of its motorcycle divisi, Chihaya Hagiwara. In addition, Miyuki Sawashiro will replace the Atsuko Tanaka as the new voice actor for the character.
The announcement video features Sawashiro’s voice asking “what was it that you wanted to say that day?”
